Fresh Pina Colada

INGREDIENTS
Roasted coconut powder - for garnishing
Pineapple - 1/2 cup
Rum - 2 ounces
Pineapple juice - 4 ounces
Coconut cream - 2 ounces
Ice - to taste

 

PREPARATION


1. Take a pan, add coconut powder. Roast until it gets nice and brown.
2. Add 1/2 cup pineapple in a shaker and gently crush them using a muddler.
3. Pour 2 ounces rum, 4 ounces pineapple juice, 2 ounces coconut cream and shake to combine.
4. Fill a cored out pineapple half way with ice.
5. Pour the cocktail mixture over the ice.
6. Top with roasted coconut and serve.
7. Chill!
