PREPARATION

Homemade Apple Pie Vodka
1. Fill a jar with 4 - 5 sliced apples and 3 cinnamon sticks. Use more or less apple as needed to fill the jar all way to the top.
2. Pour 2 cups ever clear in it. Seal the jar and shake lightly to make sure that all the apples are fully submerged.
3. Refrigerate for 48 hours.
4. Pour through a fine mesh strainer to remove the fruit and cinnamon.
5. Pour this mixture in the jar, pour 1/4 cup simple syrup, 3/4 cup filtered water and stir.
6. Seal the jar and refrigerate for 2 - 3 weeks.

Apple Pie Spritzer
1. Fill a glass to the top with crushed ice.
2. Pour 2 ounces apple pie vodka, 2 ounces apple cider and then top with soda.
3. Garnish with cinnamon stick.
4. Serve.
