Kashmiri Kandh Sharbat

Water - 500 milliliters

Chia seeds - 2 tablespoons

Sugar - 120 grams

Soaked chia seeds mixture - 50 grams 

Chilled milk - 200 milliliters

Coconut - for garnishing

PREPARATION

1. Take a deep pan, add 500 milliliters water and warm for 2 - 3 minutes.

2. Remove it from heat and transfer this into a jar, add 2 tablespoons chia seeds, 120 grams sugar and stir continuously until the sugar is fully dissolved.

3. Soak for 30 minutes.

4. Take a serving glass, add 50 grams soaked chia seeds mixture, 200 milliliters chilled milk and stir well.

5. Garnish with coconut.

6. Serve.
