Mango Lassi

Servings - 4-5

INGREDIENTS

Mangoes chopped - 300 grams (3 cups)

Plain yogurt - 400 ml (1.75 cups)

Skim milk - 225 (1 cup)

Sugar - 1-2 teaspoon(s)

Ground cardamom - 1/4 teaspoon 

Ice - 2 cubes 

PREPARATION

 

1. Add chopped mangoes, plain yogurt, skim milk, sugar, ground cardamom, and ice in the blender and blend well for about 2 minutes. 

2. Chill in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving. 

3. Serve sprinkled with ground cardamom.

Note: You can also add honey instead of sugar.
