Nimbu Pudina Sharbat

INGREDIENTS
Mint - 1 cup
Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Ginger - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 2 tablespoons
Lemon juice - 1 1/2 tablespoons
Water - 500 milliliters
Lemon slices - for garnishing

 

PREPARATION


1. In a blender, add 1 cup mint, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1/2 teaspoon ginger, 2 tablespoons water and blend it into a paste.
2. In a jug, add 1 1/2 tablespoons lemon juice, mint mixture, 500 milliliters water and stir well.
3. Pour the mixture into the glass.
4. Garnish with lemon slices.
5. Serve.
