Ice
Vodka - 2 ounces
Orange liqueur - 1 ounce
Orange juice - 1 ounce
Simple syrup - 1 ounce
Simple syrup - for dipping
Sugar - 2 tablespoons
Orange zest - 1 teaspoon
PREPARATION
1. Fill the shaker halfway with ice, pour 2 ounces vodka, 1 ounce orange liqueur, 1 ounce orange juice, 1 ounce simple syrup and shake well to combine.
2. Take two plates, add simple syrup in one plate and in another plate add 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon orange zest and mix well.
3. Dip the glass rim in simple syrup and then in orange zest and sugar mixture.
4. Pour the cocktail mixture in it.
5. Serve.
