Pineapple Coconut Chia Smoothie

INGREDIENTS

Pineapple - 195 grams

Banana - 200 grams

Yogurt - 135 grams

Coconut oil - 2 tablespoons

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Ice - 1 cup

Water - 110 milliliters

Chai seeds - 1 tablespoon

PREPARATION

 

1. In a blender, add 195 grams pineapple, 200 grams banana, 135 grams yogurt, 2 tablespoons coconut oil, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 cup ice, 110 milliliters water and blend it smooth.

2. Add 1 tablespoon chia seeds and again blend it until smooth.

3. Pour the mixture into the glass.

4. Garnish with pineapple.

5. Serve.
