Ice
Ginger beer - 1 1/2 cups
Pineapple juice - 3 cups
Malibu rum - 1 cup
Fresh pineapple chunks
PREPARATION
1. In a jug, add ice, 1 1/2 cups ginger beer, 3 cups pineapple juice, 1 cup malibu rum and stir.
2. Pour the mixture in the glass. Garnish with fresh pineapple chunks.
3. Serve.
