Pomegranate Panna Cotta
Servings - 2



INGREDIENTS
Heavy cream - 1/2 cup
Orange juice - 3 ounces
Sugar - 3 teaspoon (divided)
Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon
Milk - 1 1/2 cups
Gelatin - 1 teaspoon
Pomegranate juice - 1 1/2 cups
Pomegranate seeds



PREPARATION


1. Take a pan, add 1/2 cup heavy cream, 3 ounces orange juice, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract and rind over medium heat.
2. Transfer it into a bowl, add 1 1/2 cups milk, 1 teaspoon gelatin and mix well.
3. Divide the mixture into the glass, refrigerate for 2 hours.
4. Meanwhile, add 1 1/2 cups pomegranate juice in a jug, add 2 teaspoons sugar and stir.
5. Pour the mixture over the set panna cotta.
6. Garnish with pomegranate seeds.
7. Serve.
