INGREDIENTS
Mint Leaves - 1/3 cup
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Lime juice - 1/4 cup
Lime zest - 1/2 teaspoon
Ice - 2 cups, divided
Rum - 1 cup
Soda - 2 cups
PREPARATION
1. Add 1/3 cup mint leaves, 1/4 sugar, 1/4 cup lime juice, 1/2 teaspoon lime zest and 1 cup ice in a blender and blend all the ingredients until combine.
2. Then add 1 cup of ice with 1 cup rum and 2 cups club soda. Now blend the mixture until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into the glass.
4. Garnish with mint.
5. Serve.
