INGREDIENTS
Banana - 1 1/2 (divided)
Coconut milk - 1 1/2 cups (divided)
Vanilla Extract - 1 teaspoon
Spinach - 1 12/ cups
Mint leaves - 10-15
PREPARATION
1. Add 1 banana, 1 cup coconut milk, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract in a blender and blend until all the ingredients mix well.
2. Add 1/2 banana, 1 1/2 cups spinach, 10-15 mint leaves, 1/2 cup coconut milk in a blender and blend until all the ingredients mix well.
3. Pour the vanilla coconut mixture into the glass and then slowly pour the spinach mixture into the glass with the help of spoon, so they don’t mix with each other.
4. Serve immediately.
