INGREDIENTS
Honey - 1/2 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Mint - 1 - 2 stems
Whiskey - 1 shot
Lemonade - 1/4 cup
Honey - 1/2 teaspoon
Mint - 4 leaves
Lemon - to taste
PREPARATION
1. Take a pan, add 1/2 cup honey and 1/2 cup water. Bring the water and honey to a boil. Reduce heat, add 1 - 2 stems mint and boil it until reduced by half. Let it cool.
2. Fill a short glass with ice and pour 1 shot whiskey, 1/4 cup lemonade and 1/2 teaspoon honey.
3. Garnish with 4 leaves of mint, lemon slice and pour the honey mixture.
4. Serve chilled
