Brown sugar - 1 cup
Water - 1 cup
Persimmon - 1
Orange - 1
Pomegranate - 1/4 cup
Simple Syrup - 1/2 ounce
Whiskey - 3 ounces
Orange juice - 1/2 ounce
Angostura bitters - 1/4 teaspoon
Ice

PREPARATION
1. Take a pan, add 1 cup brown sugar, 1 cup water, 1 persimmon and stir.
2. As soon as the sugar has dissolved the syrup is technically ready, but let it simmer on low heat for 20 more minutes to infuse more fruit flavor.
3. Add 1 orange, 1/4 cup pomegranate in a shaker and gently crush them with muddler.
4. Pour 1/2 ounce simple syrup, 3 ounces whiskey, 1/2 ounce orange juice, 1/4 teaspoon angostura bitters and ice.
5. Shake well to combine.
6. Pour the cocktail mixture in glass.
7. Serve.
