Curd Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

Curd - 300 grams

Mayonnaise - 75 grams

Carrot - 30 grams

Cabbage - 30 grams

Bell pepper - 30 grams

Sweet corns - 30 grams

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Brown bread - 2

 

PREPARARTION

  1. Take a bowl, place a strainer and muslin cloth over it.
  2. Now, gently strain 300 grams curd.
  3. Refrigerate for 2 hours.
  4. Take out the refrigerated curd in a bowl and add 75 grams mayonnaise, 30 grams carrot, 30 grams cabbage, 30 grams bell pepper, 30 grams sweet corns, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix well.
  5. Take a bread and cut the edges with with a sharp knife.
  6. Now, spread the prepared mixture evenly on one of the bread.
  7. Cover it with other bread slice.
  8. Cut it into 2 halves.
  9. Serve

 

Malai Sandwich

INGREDIENTS

Carrot - 50 grams

Cabbage - 50 grams

Bell pepper - 50 grams

Onion - 50 grams

Sweet corns - 50 grams

Fresh cream - 100 grams

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Chili flakes - 1/4 teaspoon

Oregano - 1/4 teaspoon

Coriander - 1 tablespoon
Brown bread - 2

 

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a mixing bowl, add 50 grams carrot, 50 grams cabbage, 50 grams bell pepper, 50 grams onion, 50 grams sweet corns, 100 grams fresh cream, 1/2 teaspoon salt , 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon chili flakes, 1/4 teaspoon oregano, 1 tablespoon coriander and mix well.
  2. Take 2 brown bread slices , and cut the edges with a sharp knife.
  3. Now, place a spoonful of prepared mixture over one slice and spread evenly.
  4. Cover it with the other bread slice .
  5. Cut it into 2 halves.
  6. Serve.
