PREPARATION
1. Boil 440 milliliters water in a pan, add 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon salt and stir.
2. Add 110 grams oats and cook for 3 - 5 minutes.
3. Add 170 grams apple, 50 grams raisins, 2 tablespoons maple syrup, 1 tablespoon walnut and cook for 3 - 5 minutes.
4. Garnish with walnuts.
5. Serve hot.
