INGREDIENTS
Oil - 2 tablespoons
Curry leaves - 10 - 12
Fennel - 1 teaspoon
Green chili - 3
Onions - 100 grams
Minced garlic - 1 teaspoon
Tomato - 70 grams
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1 teaspoon
Fennel - 1 tablespoon
Boiled eggs - 3
PREPARATION
1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 10 - 12 curry leaves, 1 teaspoon fennel, , 3 green chili, 100 grams onions and stir.
2. Add 1 teaspoon minced garlic and stir again.
3. Add 70 grams tomato and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
4. Add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon coriander, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon fennel and mix all the ingredients well.
5. Add 3 boiled eggs and mix well.
6. Serve.
