Fruit & Nut Chia Salad

INGREDIENTS

Soy milk - 220 milliliters

Chia seeds - 35 grams

Honey - 2 tablespoons

Vanilla extract - 1/2 teaspoon

Cinnamon powder - 1/4 teaspoon

Jaggery - 45 grams

Water - 2 tablespoons

Almonds - 35 grams

Pistachios - 35 grams

Papaya

Black grapes

Kiwi

Banana

Pomegranate

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 220 milliliters soy milk, 35 grams chia seeds, 2 tablespoons honey, 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract, 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon powder and mix it well.

2. Soak this mixture for overnight.

3. Take a pan, add 45 grams jaggery, 2 tablespoons water and stir until the jaggery is fully dissolved.

4. Now, add 35 grams almonds, 35 grams pistachios and mix it well. Keep aside and let it cool.

5. Take a jar, first add papaya.

6. Add a layer of soy chia seed mixture.

7. Now, add black grapes.

8. Add a layer of soy chia seed mixture again.

9. Then, add a layer of kiwi.

10. Add a layer of soy chia seed mixture again.

11. Add a layer of banana.

12. Add a layer of soy chia seed mixture again.

13. Add a layer of pomegranate.

14. Add nut brittle for toppings.

15. Serve.
