Green Beans With Sesame Seeds and Garlic

INGREDIENTS

Sesame oil - 1 tablespoon

Garlic - 1 1/2 teaspoons

Roasted peanuts - 2 tablespoons

Sesame seeds - 1 tablespoon

Steamed green beans - 250 grams

Brown sugar - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Soy sauce - 1 tablespoon

Black pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

Cayenne pepper - 1/2 teaspoon

PREPARATION

1. Heat 1 tablespoon sesame oil in a pan, add 1 1/2 teaspoons garlic stir fry until golden brown in color.

2. Add 2 tablespoons roasted peanuts, 1 tablespoon sesame seeds and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.

3. Now, add 250 grams steamed green beans and mix it well.

4. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes.

5. The, add 1/2 teaspoon brown sugar, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon black pepper,1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper and mix it well.

6. Cook for another 2 minutes.

7. Serve.
