Rice Mash

Servings - 2

Rice - 2 tablespoons
Water - 250 milliliters, divided


1. In a bowl, add 2 tablespoons rice, 150 milliliters water and soak for 15 minutes.
2. Take a pressure cooker, add soaked rice, 100 milliliters water and mix it well.
3. Cover it with lid and cook until you hear 2 whistles.
4. Open the lid and mash the rice with the help of a food masher.
5. Serve.
