Wheat flour - 200 grams
Oats flour - 60 grams
Yeast - 2 tablespoons
Warm water - 250 milliliters

PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams wheat flour, 60 grams oats flour, 2 tablespoons yeast, 250 milliliters warm water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
2. Cover for 1 hour.
3. Flatten the dough circle, sprinkle a little flour and roll them with a roller to make a pizza base.
4. Preheat the oven to 480°F/250°C. Bake for 7 - 10 minutes.
5. Using a spoon spread the pav bhaji over base till it is completely covered.
6. Top this with some onions and grated mozzarella cheese.
7. Preheat the oven to 480°F/250°C. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes.
