Goat Cheese, Spinach & Avocado Salad

INGREDIENTS

Orange juice - 60 milliliters
Apple cider vinegar - 30 milliliters
Olive oil - 40 milliliters
Spinach - 165 grams
Goat cheese - 200 grams
Onions - 60 grams
Avocado - 145 grams
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Kosher salt - 1/4 teaspoon

PREPARATION


1. In a bowl, add 60 milliliters orange juice, 30 milliliters apple cider vinegar, 40 milliliters olive oil and mix it well.
2. In a mixing bowl, add 165 grams spinach, 200 grams goat cheese, 60 grams onions, 145 grams avocado, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt, prepared dressing and mix it well.
3. Serve.

Spinach - 100 grams
Boiled sweet corn - 150 grams
Onions - 60 grams
Bell pepper - 90 grams
Tomato - 40 grams
