Yeast - 1 teaspoon
Sugar - 2 teaspoons
Warm water - 80 milliliters
All purpose flour - 280 grams
Powdered sugar - 40 grams
Water - 100 milliliters

PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 1 teaspoon yeast, 2 teaspoons sugar, 80 milliliters warm water and mix it well.
2. Rest the mixture for 5 minutes.
3. Add 280 grams all purpose flour, 40 grams powdered sugar, 100 milliliters water and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
4. Rest the dough for 1 hour.
5. On board dust flour and place the dough on it. Prepare the dough again by using hand.
6. Cut it into equal sizes and flatten them with your hand.
