Chicken With Stir Fry Beans

Servings - 2

INGREDIENTS
Boneless Chicken - 350 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Olive oil - 2 teaspoons, divided
Garlic - 1 tablespoon
Spring onions - 2 tablespoons
Boiled beans - 100 grams

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 350 grams boneless chicken, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix it well.
2. Mariante for 15 - 20 minutes.
3. Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a pan, add the marinated chicken in it and mix it well.
4. Cover it with lid and cook for about 4 - 6 minutes on medium heat.
5. Open the lid and give it a nice stir.
6. Remove it from heat and keep aside.
7. Heat 1 teaspoon olive oil in a another pan, add 1 tablespoon garlic, 2 tablespoons spring onions and mix it well.
8. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
9. Then, add 100 grams boiled beans and mix it well.
10. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
11. Now, add the cooked chicken and mix it well.
12. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
13. Remove it from heat.
14. Serve hot.

Cauliflower Fried Rice With Chicken
