Black eyed beans - 285 grams
Water - 1.2 litre
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Oats - 35 grams
Onions - 90 grams
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Mint - 2 tablespoons
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Red Chili - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon

Mint - 15 grams
Coriander - 15 grams
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Green chili - 1 tablespoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Chaat masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice - 30 milliliters
Water - 30 milliliters
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 285 grams black eyed beans, 500 milliliters water and soak for overnight.
2. Now, in a pressure cooker add soaked beans, 700 milliliters water, 1/2 teaspoon salt and cover it with lid.
3. Cook till you hear 2 whistles.
4. Remove it from heat.
5. Now, mash boiled eyed beans in a mixing bowl, add 35 grams oats, 90 grams onions, 1 teaspoon green chilli, 1 teaspoon garlic, 2 tablespoons mint, 2 tablespoon coriander, 1 teaspoon
red chilli, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon salt and mix it well to combine.
6. Then, take some mixture on your hand and shape them into round shape.
7. Heat sufficient oil in a pan. Fry until crispy and golden brown. Drain it on an absorbent paper.
(For Chutney)
1. In a mixing bowl, add 15 grams mint, 15 grams coriander, 1 tablespoon ginger, 1 tablespoon green chili, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon chaat masala, 1
teaspoon sugar, 30 milliters lemon juice, 30 milliliters water and blend it until smooth.
2. Serve.
