Wheat flour - 210 grams
Gram flour - 70 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Carrot - 60 grams
Cabbage - 60 grams
Cauliflower - 60 grams
Spinach - 50 grams
Fenugreek leaves - 30 grams
Coriander - 2 tablespoons
Ginger green chili paste - 1 tablespoon
Yogurt - 240 grams
Oil - 15 milliliters
Ghee - for brushing
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 210 grams wheat flour, 70 grams gram flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric and mix it well.
2. Then, add 60 grams carrot, 60 grams cabbage, 60 grams cauliflower, 50 grams spinach, 30 grams fenugreek leaves and mix it well.
3. Now, add 240 grams yogurt and knead it into a smooth dough.
4. Add 15 milliliters oil and tuck the dough well.
5. Dust the floor with flour.
6. Take a ball from dough and flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
7. Place it on a hot tawa and cook on moderate heat for 2 - 3 minutes.
8. Flip it gently.
9. Brush it with ghee.
10. Flip it again.
11. Again brush it with ghee.
12. Cook until it turns golden brown in color from both sides.
13. Serve hot with curd.

Water - 160 milliliters
