Aloo Moongre

INGREDIENTS
Oil - 3 tablespoons
Potatoes - 300 grams
Radish pods - 250 grams
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon



PREPARATION


1. Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a heavy skillet, add 300 grams potatoes and saute for 3 - 4 minutes.
2. Add 250 grams chopped radish pods and stir. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes.
3. Add 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon salt and stir.
4. Cover and cook for about 20 - 25 minutes. When veggies are cooked, add 1/4 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon dry mango powder and stir.
5. Serve hot with rotis.
