Oil - 2 teaspoons
Cumin seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 teaspoon
Tomato Puree - 100 millilitres
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander Powder - 1 1/4 teaspoons
Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Green peas - 150 grams
Water - 500 millilitres
Potato - 250 grams
PREPARATION
1. Heat 2 teaspoons of oil in a pan. Add 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and stir.
2. Add 100 millilitres tomato puree, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, and stir. Then add , 1 1/4 teaspoons coriander powder, 1 /4 teaspoon garam masala, 1/4 teaspoon red chili powder and cook for 5 - 6 minutes.
3. Add 150 grams green peas, 500 millilitres of water, mix properly and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
4. Add 250 grams of potatoes and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.
5. Serve hot with roti.
