Cheesy Manchurian

INGREDIENTS

Bell pepper - 240 grams

Cabbage - 60 grams

Cauliflower - 60 grams

Carrot - 60 grams

Onions - 60 grams

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon

Ginger garlic paste - 2 teaspoons

All purpose flour - 70 grams

Corn flour - 50 grams

Processed cheese - to taste

Oil - for frying

Oil - 1 1/2 tablespoon

Ginger - 1 tablespoon

Garlic - 1 tablespoon

Onions - 60 grams

Bell pepper - 160 grams

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Sugar - 1 teaspoon

Soy sauce - 1 1/2 teaspoon

Vinegar - 1 teaspoon

Ketchup - 2 tablespoons

Green chilli sauce - 1 tablespoon

Water - 400 milliliters

Corn flour - 2 teaspoons

Water - 50 milliliters

Processed cheese - 50 grams

Spring onion - 2 teaspoons

Processed cheese - for garnishing

Spring onions - for garnishing

 

PREPARATION

1. Take a mixing bowl, add 240 grams bell pepper, 60 grams cabbage, 60 grams cauliflower, 60 grams carrot, 60 grams onions, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 2 teaspoons ginger garlic paste, 70 grams all purpose flour, 50 grams corn flour and mix it well .

2. After mixing, take a spoon full of mixture flattened it a bit add processed cheese and roll it into a small ball.

3. Fry it in hot oil on medium-high heat until golden brown .

4. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add 1 tablespoon ginger, 1 tablespoon garlic and stir it for a while .

5. Add 60 grams onion cook it for a while . Then add 160 grams bell pepper, cook it for few minutes.

6. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 teaspoon sugar mix it well .

7. After mixing it, add 1 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 2 tablespoons ketchup, 1 tablespoon green chilli sauce , mix it properly.

8. Add 400 milliliters water and mix it well. Bring it to a boil.

9. In a small bowl, add 2 teaspoons corn flour, 50 milliliters water and mix it well.

10. Now add this in the gravy and give it a nice stir.

11. Cook the gravy for 8-10 minutes on medium heat.

12. Then add 50 grams processed cheese and cook until the cheese melts.

13. Now, add fried manchurian balls and cook it for a while.

14. Add 2 teaspoons spring onions and stir it.

15. Remove it from heat.

16. Garnish with spring onion and processed cheese.

17. Serve hot.
