INGREDIENTS
Oil - 500 milliliters
Okra - 250 grams
Olive oil - 3 tablespoons
Onions -100 grams
Green chili - 10 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1/2 teaspoon
PREPARATION
1. Heat 500 milliliters of oil in a heavy skillet. Add 250 grams okra and fry till it is partially cooked and crisp.
2. Heat 3 tablespoons olive oil in a pan. Add 100 grams onions and saute till light golden. Add 250 grams fried okra, 10 grams green chili and stir.
3. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder and cook for 2 minutes.
4. Serve hot and enjoy.
