Dahi Wali Arbi

INGREDIENTS

Oil - 2 tablespoons

Carom seeds - 1/2 teaspoon

Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon

Boiled taro - 250 grams

Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon

Yogurt - 225 grams

Water - 500 milliliters

Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Garam masala - 1/4 teaspoon

Coriander - for garnishing

PREPARATION

1. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pot, add 1/2 teaspoon carom seeds, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.

2. Add 25 grams boiled taro and mix it well. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes.

3. Then, add 1/2 teaspoon turmeric and stir well.

4. Now, add 225 grams yogurt and mix it well.

5. Cook for 7 - 10 minutes.

6. Add 500 milliliters water, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon salt and mix it well.

7. Bring it to a boil.

8. Then, add 1/4 teaspoon garam masala and mix well. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes.

9. Garnish with coriander.

10. Serve.
