INGREDIENTS
Garlic - 35 grams
Dry red chili - 5 - 7
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Vinegar - 1 teaspoon
Water - 30 milliliters
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Strand mace - 1
Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon
Onions - 70 grams
Paneer - 350 grams
Coriander - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. Add 35 grams garlic,, 5 - 7 dry red chili, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon vinegar, 30 milliliters water in a blender and blend all the ingredients well.
2. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan, add 1 strand mace, 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 70 grams onions and cook till it becomes soft.
3. Add the sauce and cook till it thickens. Add 350 grams paneer and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.
4. Garnish with coriander.
5. Serve hot.
