Green Beans Masala Fry

INGREDIENTS

Mint - 10 grams
Coriander - 20 grams
Onions - 60 grams
Sesame seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Desiccated coconut - 1 tablespoon
Fennel seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Jaggery - 30 grams
Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons
Water - 2 tablespoons
Oil - 25 milliliters
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Boiled green beans - 350 grams

PREPARATION


1. In a blender, add 10 grams mint, 20 grams coriander, 60 grams onions, 1/2 teaspoon sesame seeds, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1 tablespoon desiccated coconut, 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 30 grams jaggery, 2 tablespoons lemon juice, 2 tablespoons water and blend it into a puree.
2. Heat 25 milliliters oil in a heavy skillet, add the blended mixture and mix it well.
3. Add 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala and mix it well.
4. Now, add 350 grams boiled green beans and mix it well.
5. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
6. Serve hot.
