High Protein Soya Chunks Salad

INGREDIENTS
Water - 700 milliliters
Soya chunks - 80 grams
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Oil - 1 tablespoon
Hung curd - 130 grams
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Honey - 1 teaspoon
Chilli oil - 1 tablespoon
Red Chili - 1/4 teaspoon
Lettuce - 50 grams
Cucumber - 80 grams
Carrots - 80 grams
Onions -80 grams
Green Chili - 1 tablespoon
PREPARATION
1. In a pan, add 700 milliliters water and 80 grams soya chunks. Boil for 3 - 4 minutes.
2. Remove from heat, drain the water, and squeeze the soya chunks.
3. Transfer them to a bowl, add 1/4 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon red chili. Mix well.
4. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a pan. Add the prepared soya chunks and sauté for 4 - 5 minutes. Remove from heat and keep aside.
5. In a bowl, add 130 grams hung curd, 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon honey, 1 tablespoon chili oil, and 1/4 teaspoon red chili. Mix well to make a smooth dressing.
6. In a large bowl, add 50 grams lettuce, 80 grams cucumber, 80 grams carrots, 80 grams onions, and 1 tablespoon green chili. Mix well until everything is evenly combined.
7. Add the sautéed soya chunks to the vegetables and pour the dressing over the salad. Mix everything well.
8. Serve.
