Instant Oats Rava Dhokla

INGREDIENTS
Roasted semolina - 125 grams
Oats flour - 125 grams
Ginger - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Yogurt - 125 grams
Water - 120 milliliters, divided
Lime juice - 1/2 teaspoon
Fruit salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Oil - 2 teaspoons
Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
PREPARATION
1. In a mixing bowl, add 125 grams roasted semolina, 125 grams oats flour, 1/2 teaspoon ginger, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 125 grams yogurt and mix well. Add 60 milliliters of water, 1/2 teaspoon lime juice and mix.
2. Add 1/4 teaspoon fruit salt, 60 millilitres of water and whisk well until the batter is light and frothy.
3. Pour the batter into the greased plate and place the dish inside the steamer with water, and allow the water to boil. Close the steamer lid and steam for 12 - 15 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, heat 2 teaspoons oil in a pan. Add 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds, 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, once the mustard splutters, the tempering is ready.
5. Once cooled, remove the dish from the steamer. Allow this to cool for 5 minutes. Transfer the tempering over the dhokla.
6. Cut into diamond shapes with a knife.
7. Garnish with mint leaves and pomegranate seeds.
8. Serve hot and enjoy.
