Keto Broccoli Paneer Bhurji

INGREDIENTS  

Water - 200 milliliters  

Broccoli - 80 grams  

Oil - 2 tablespoons  

Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon  

Garlic - 2 teaspoons  

Ginger - 2 teaspoons  

Onion - 110 grams  

Green chili - 2 teaspoons  

Salt - 1 teaspoon  

Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon  

Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon  

Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon  

Tomato - 200 grams  

Lemon juice - 1 tablespoon  

Grated paneer - 150 grams  

Coriander - for garnishing  

  

PREPARATION

  

  1. Boil 200 milliliters water in a pan, add 80 grams broccoli and blanch for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Keep aside.  
  3. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 1/2 teaspoon cumin and mix well.  
  4. Now, add 2 teaspoons garlic, 2 teaspoons ginger and mix again.  
  5. Add 110 grams onion and mix till golden brown in color.  
  6. Now, add 2 teaspoons green chili and give it a nice stir.  
  7. Then, add 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, 1/2 teaspoon paprika and 1/2 teaspoon garam masala.
  8. Mix all the spices well.  
  9. Add 200 grams tomato, 1 tablespoon lemon juice and mix until cooked well.  
  10. Add 150 grams grated paneer and mix again.  
  11. Now, add boiled broccoli and give it a nice stir.  
  12. Remove the pan from heat.  
  13. Add the keto broccoli paneer bhurji in a serving dish.  
  14. Garnish it with coriander.  
  15. Serve
