Kofta

Boiled mashed potatoes - 200 grams

Paneer - 200 grams

Red chili powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Corn flour - 100 grams

Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Coriander - 1 tablespoon

Green chili - 1/2 teaspoon

Cashews

Raisins

Oil - for frying

Gravy

Olive oil - 50 milliliters

Cloves - 4

Black cardamom - 1

Cinnamon - 1

Green cardamom - 3 

Black pepper - 3/4 teaspoon

Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon

Onions - 150 grams

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Garam masala - 1 tablespoon

Paprika - 1 teaspoon

Turmeric powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Cashews - 100 grams

Tomato - 100 grams

Water - 50 milliliters

Yogurt - 50 milliliters

Olive Oil - 50 milliliters

Green chili - 1 tablespoon

Tomato puree - 100 milliliters

Water - 100 milliliters

Fresh cream - 50 milliliters

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 200 grams boiled potatoes, 200 grams paneer, 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder, 100 grams corn flour, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon salt, 1

tablespoon coriander, 1/2 teaspoon green chili and mix all the ingredients well.

2. Take a small portion of mixture and shape it into koftas. Deep-fry these koftas till golden brown. Drain it on absorbent paper.

3. Heat 50 milliliters of olive oil in a pan. Add 4 cloves, 1 black cardamom, 1 cinnamon stick, 3 green cardamom, 3/4 teaspoon black pepper and stir. Then add 1 teaspoon ginger

garlic paste, 150 grams onions and saute till light golden.

4. Add 1 teaspoon salt, 1 tablespoon garam masala, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder and stir. Add 100 grams cashews, 100 grams tomato, 50 milliliters of water

and cook for 5 minutes.

5. Place 50 milliliters of yogurt and mixture in a blender. Blend until all ingredients are mixed well.

6. Heat 50 milliliters of olive oil in another pan. Add 1 tablespoon green chili, 100 milliliters of tomato puree and stir. Pour the mixture into the pan, add 100 milliliters of water and

cook for 5 - 10 minutes.

7. Add 50 milliliters of fresh cream and stir. Add the fried koftas into the curry and mix well.

8. Garnish with coriander, drizzle a little cream and serve hot.
