Mattar Paneer

INGREDIENTS

Oil - 50 milliliters

Black cardamom -2 pods

Cumin - 1 teaspoon

Ginger Garlic paste - 1 tablespoon

Onion puree - 150 milliters

Paprika - 1 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Tomato puree -100 milliters

Cinnamon powder - - 1 teaspoon

Garam masala - 1 teaspoon

Green peas - 200 grams

Water - 250 milliliters

Paneer - 150 grams

Fresh cream - 100 milliliters

Butter - 50 grams

PREPARATION

1. Heat 50 milliliters of oil in a heavy skillet. Add 2 pods of black cardamom, 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste and stir.

2. Add 150 grams onion puree, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1 teaspoon salt and stir. Add 150 grams tomato puree, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, 1 teaspoon garam masala and cook for 5 - 6 minutes.

3. Add 200 grams green peas, 250 milliliters of water, mix properly and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.

4. Add 150 grams paneer and cook for 2 - 3 minutes.

5. Add 100 milliliters of fresh cream, 50 grams butter and cook for another 2- 3 minutes.

6. Serve hot and enjoy.
