Chatpata Aloo

INGREDIENTS
Ghee - 2 tablespoons
Dry mango powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Ginger powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Boiled potatoes - 150 grams
Rock salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 tablespoon

PREPARATION


1. Heat 2 tablespoons ghee in a pan, add 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder, 1/2 teaspoon ginger powder and stir well.
2. Then, add 150 grams boiled potatoes and mix it well.
3. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
4. Add 1/2 teaspoon rock salt, 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder and mix it well.
5. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
6. Now, add 1 tablespoon coriander and mix it well.
7. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
8. Remove it from heat.
9. Serve.
