Pakke Kele ki khatti Meethi Sabzi

INGREDIENTS
Tamarind - 100 grams
Warm water - 200 milliliters
Tomato - 100 grams
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Banana - 300 grams
Ghee - 2 tablespoons
Cumin- 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Jaggery powder - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 1 teaspoon

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 100 grams tamarind, 200 milliliters warm water and soak for 15 minutes.
2. In a blender, add 100 grams tomato, 1 teaspoon green chili, 1 teaspoon ginger and blend it into a paste.
3. Heat 2 tablespoons ghee in a skillet, add 1 teaspoon cumin and stir for 1 - 2 minutes.
4. Now, add blended mixture and mix it well.
5. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
6. Add, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder and mix it well to combine.
7. Then, add prepared tamarind pulp and mix it well.
8. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes.
9. Now, add 300 grams banana and mix it well.
10. Cover it with lid and cook for 5 minutes.
11. Add, t teaspoon jagger powder, 1 teaspoon coriander and mix it well.
12. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat and remove it from heat.
13. Serve.
