INGREDIENTS

Paneer - 250 grams

Chili powder - 2 teaspoons, divided

Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon

Salt - 2 teaspoons, divided

Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon

Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon

Yogurt - 100 ml

Refined flour - 3 tablespoons

Oil - for frying

Olive oil - 2 tablespoons

Mustard seeds - 1 teaspoon

Curry leaves - 2 tablespoon

Mustard powder - 1 teaspoon

Green chili - 3 medium sized

Lemon juice - 2 tablespoons

Water - 3 tablespoons

PREPARATION

1. In a bowl, mix paneer cubes, chili powder (1 tsp), ginger garlic paste, salt (1 tsp), cumin powder, coriander powder, yogurt, and flour. Keep aside.

2. Heat oil in a pan over medium high. Once oil is heated, deep fry the prepared paneer until golden brown. Take them out and place them on paper napkin to remove excess oil. Keep aside.

3. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add mustard seeds, chopped curry leaves, mustard powder, chopped green chili, salt (1 tsp), chili powder (1 tsp), lemon juice, and water. Stir and then add the deep fried paneer.

4. Stir for about 2 minutes and serve. Paneer 65 is best served as a snack.
