INGREDIENTS
Paneer - 250 grams
Oil - 50 milliliters
Cumin seeds - 1 tablespoon
Onion - 75 grams
Ginger garlic past - 1 tablespoon
Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
\Chili pepper - 1 tablespoon (10 g)
Water - 2 tablespoon
Tomato - 75 grams
Cashew cream - 2 tablespoon
Heavy cream - 3 tablespoon
Butter - 2 tablespoon
Dry red chili - 2Bell pepper - 1 (75g)
PREPARATION
1. Heat pan on medium and add oil. Then add cumin seeds and onion. Cook until the onion develops dark color, although without burning it. Stir in the ginger garlic past and cook for 2 minutes.
2. Add salt, turmeric, paprika, coriander powder, and green chili pepper, then stir. After stirring well, add tomatoes and and continue stirring for 2 minutes.
3. Stir in the cashew cream and heavy cream. Then add water and stir for another 2 minutes before setting it aside.
4. Heat pan on medium and add melted butter. Add dried red pepper, onion, bell pepper and paneer, stir everything together. Then, add the blended sauce and continue stirring.
5. Cook for 5 minutes and stir twice in between.
4. Garnish with coriander (cilantro) and serve with rice.
