Paneer in Coconut Gravy

INGREDIENTS

Ghee - 2 tablespoons

Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon

Ginger garlic paste - 2 tablespoons

Onion paste - 330 grams

Tomato puree - 385 grams

Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon

Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon

Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon

Groundnut powder - 25 grams

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Coconut milk - 250 milliliters

Paneer - 300 grams

Coriander - for garnishing

PREPARATION

1. Heat 2 tablespoons ghee in a heavy pot, add 1/2 teaspoon cumin, 2 tablespoons ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 - 3 minutes.

2. Add 330 grams onion paste and fry till translucent.

3. Then, add 385 grams tomato puree and mic it well.

4. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes.

5. Now, add 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 red chili, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 25 grams groundnut powder, 1 teaspoon salt and mix it well.

6. Add 250 milliliters coconut milk and mix it again.

7. Then, add 300 grams paneer and mix well.

8. Cook for another 3 - 5 minutes.

9. Garnish with coriander.

10. Serve hot with roti or naan.
