Poached Tofu Shakshuka

INGREDIENTS

Tofu - 250 grams

Garbanzo bean flour - 65 grams

Corn starch - 2 tablespoons

Nutritional yeast - 2 tablespoons

Black salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Oil - 2 tablespoons

Marinara sauce - 430 grams

Roasted bell pepper - 180 grams

Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon

Coriander powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon

Chilli flakes - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Coriander - for garnishing

PREPARATION

1. In a mixing bowl, add 250 grams tofu, 65 grams garbanzo bean flour, 2 tablespoons corn starch, 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast, 1/2 teaspoon black salt and knead it into a dough. Mixture.

2. Take some mixture in your hand and roll it into round shape. Keep side.

3. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 430 grams marinara sauce and stir well.

4. Add 180 grams roasted bell pepper and mxi it well.

5. Now, add 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1/2 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon chilli flakes, 1 teaspoon salt and mix it well.

6. Then, add the prepared tofu balls in it and mix it well.

7. Cook for about 5 - 8 minutes.

8. Garnish with coriander.

9. Serve.
