Sesame Chicken Salad

INGREDIENTS
(For Chicken)
Chicken breast - 2
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Olive oil - for grilling

(For Dressing)
Almond butter - 50 grams
Honey - 25 milliliters
Rice vinegar - 80 milliliters
Soy sauce - 2 tablespoons
Sesame oil - 2 teaspoons
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Ginger - 1 tablespoon
Sriracha - 1 teaspoon
Sea salt - 1/4 teaspoon

(For Sesame Chicken Salad)
Green cabbage - 170 grams
Purple cabbage - 180 grams
Spinach - 80 grams
Carrot - 80 grams
Lettuce - 30 grams
Orange - 100 grams
Cooked chicken
Prepared dressing
Almonds - 1 tablespoon
Sesame seeds - 1 teaspoon
Coriander - 2 tablespoons

PREPARATION


(For Chicken)
1. In a mixing bowl, add 2 chicken breast, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste and mix it well.
2. Marinate for 30 minutes.
3. Heat some olive oil in a grill pan.
4. Place the marinated chicken breast on it.
5. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat and flip it to the other side.
6. Cook until it turns golden brown in color from all sides.
7. Remove it from heat and place it on a board.
8. Cut it into slices.

(For Dressing)
1. In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix it well.
2. Keep aside.
