Soya Keema Naan Bombs

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 180 grams
Yogurt - 60 grams
Baking powder - 3/4 teaspoon
Baking soda - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
Sugar - 1/2 teaspoon
Water - 100 milliliters
Oil - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Soya granules - 150 grams
Warm water - 500 milliliters
Ghee - 40 milliliters
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 100 grams
Tomato - 75 grams
Coriander powder - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Green chili - 1 teaspoon
Green peas - 80 grams
Water - 100 milliliters
Milk - for brushing
Sesame seeds - to taste

PREPARATION


1. In a mixing bowl, add 180 grams all purpose flour, 60 grams yogurt, 3/4 teaspoon baking powder, 1/4 teaspoon baking soda, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon sugar, 100 milliliters water and mix it well.
2. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons oil and knead it into a smooth soft dough.
3. Rest the dough for 10 - 15 minutes.
4. In a bowl, add 150 grams soya granules, 500 milliliters warm water and soak for 15 - 20 minutes.
5. Strain the soya granules and keep aside.
6. Heat 40 milliliters ghee in a heavy skillet, add 1 teaspoon cumin, 1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste and stir for 1 - 2 minutes.
7. Then, add 100 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
8. Now, add 75 grams tomato and mix it well.
9. Saute for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat or until it turns soft and pulpy.
10. Add 1 1/2 teaspoons coriander powder, 1 teaspoon turmeric, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon garam masala and mix it well.
11. Add 1 teaspoon green chili, soaked soya granules , 80 grams green peas, 100 milliliters water and mix it well.
12. Cover it with lid and cook for about 10 minutes on medium heat.
13. Open the lid and remove it from heat.
14. Take a ball from dough and dust it with flour.
15. Flatten it with the help of a rolling pin.
16. Add the prepared mixture in it and shape it into a ball.
17. Place it on a baking tray.
18. Brush it with milk and add some sesame seeds on it.
19. Preheat the oven to 350°F/180°C. Bake for 25 minutes or till golden brown in color.
20. Serve.
