INGREDIENTS
Water - 700 milliliters
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Soya chunks - 100 grams
Water - 80 milliliters
Spinach - 150 grams
Oil - 30 milliliters
Garlic - 1 teaspoon
Ginger - 1 teaspoon
Green chili - 1 tablespoon
Onions - 75 grams
Tomato puree - 200 grams
Fenugreek leaves - 30 grams
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Cumin powder - 1 teaspoon
Red chili - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
PREPARATION
1. Heat 700 milliliters water in a pan, add 1 teaspoon salt, 100 grams soya chunks and bring it to boil.
2. Now, heat 80 milliliters water in a another pan, add 150 grams spinach and cover it with lid and boil for 5 minutes.
3. Heat 30 milliliters oil in a pan, add 1 teaspoon garlic, 1 teaspoon ginger, 1 tablespoon green chili and saute for 3 - 5 minutes.
4. Now, add 75 grams and saute until the onions turn soft and light golden brown.
5. Then, add 200 grams tomato puree and cook for 3 - 5 minutes.
6. Add, 30 grams fenugreek leaves and cook 2 - 3 minutes.
7. Add Boiled spinach and mix it.
8. Now add boiled soya chunks and mix it well to combine.
9. Then, add 1 teaspoon, 1 teaspoon cumin powder, 1 teaspoon red chilli, 1 teaspoon garam masala and mix it well to combine.
10. Serve.
