Stuffed Green Chilli

INGREDIENTS
Oil - 3 tablespoons
Mustard seeds - 1/2 teaspoon
Gram flour - 185 grams
Paprika - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1/2 teaspoon
Coriander - 2 teaspoons
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon
Fennel - 1 1/2 teaspoons
Cumin - 3/4 teaspoon
Dry mango powder - 1 teaspoon
Green chili
Water - 3 teaspoons
Oil - 2 tablespoons
PREPARATION
1. Heat 3 tablespoons oil in a pan, add 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds, 185 grams gram flour, 1 teaspoon paprika, 1/2 teaspoon turmeric and mix well. Cook for about 5 minutes.
2. Add 2 teaspoons coriander, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala, 1 1/2 teaspoons fennel, 3/4 teaspoon cumin, 1 teaspoon dry mango powder and stir.
3. Transfer the mixture into a bowl, add 3 teaspoons water and mix well.
4. Slit the green chili from top in center so that it remains joined from the bottom. Like wise cut all chilies.
5. Stuff the green chillies with the cooked stuffing.
6. Heat 2 tablespoons oil in a pan. Put these stuffed chillies in it.
7. Cook till green chilli starts changing color from bottom side.
8. Turn the side and cook until it starts changing color or become golden brown from all sides.
9. Serve with chapatti and onions.
