Tawa Mushroom

INGREDIENTS
Oil - 1 tablespoon

Butter - 1 tablespoon

Carom seeds - 1/2 teaspoon

Cumin - 1/2 teaspoon

Green chili - 1 teaspoon

Ginger garlic paste - 1 teaspoon

Onions - 70 grams

Tomato - 80 grams

Bell pepper - 50 grams

Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon

Coriander powder - 1 teaspoon

Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon

Salt - 1/2 teaspoon

Pav bhaji masala - 1 teaspoon

Dry mango powder - 1/2 teaspoon

Garam masala - 1/2 teaspoon

Water - 70 milliliters

Mushrooms - 100 grams

 

PREPARATION

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon oil, 1 tablespoon butter in a pan, add 1/2 teaspoon carom seeds, 1/2 teaspoon cumin and stir well.
  2. Add 1 teaspoon green chili, 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste and stir for 2 - 3 minutes.
  3. Then, add 70 grams onions and fry till translucent or until it turns golden brown in color.
  4. Now, add 80 grams tomato and mix it well.
  5. Saute for 5 - 7 minutes or until it turns soft and pulpy.
  6. Add 50 grams bell pepper and mix it well.
  7. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes on medium heat.
  8. Add 1/4 teaspoon turmeric and stir well.
  9. Add 1 teaspoon coriander powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1/2 teaspoon salt, 1 teaspoon pav bhaji masala, 1/2 teaspoon dry mango powder, 1/2 teaspoon garam masala and mix it well.
  10. Cook for 3 - 5 minutes on medium heat.
  11. Then, add 70 milliliters water and mix it well.
  12. Now, add 100 grams mushrooms and mix it well.
  13. Cook for 8 - 10 minutes on medium heat.
  14. Remove it from heat.
  15. Serve hot.
