INGREDIENTS
Oil - 45 milliliters
Cumin - 1 teaspoon
Onions - 80 grams
Garlic paste - 1 teaspoon
Ginger paste - 1 teaspoon
Tomato - 160 grams
Tofu - 480 grams
Green peas - 150 grams
Curry powder - 2 teaspoons
Red chili - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Jalapeno pepper - 2 tablespoons
Coriander - for garnishing
PREPARATION
1. Heat 45 milliliters oil in a pot, add 1 teaspoon cumin and stir well.
2. Add 80 grams onion and fry till translucent.
3. Then, add 1 teaspoon garlic paste, 1 teaspoon ginger paste and sauté for 2 - 3 minutes.
4. Now, add 160 grams tomato and saute till it turns soft and pulpy.
5. Add 480 grams tofu, 150 grams green peas and mix it well.
6. Cook for 5 - 7 minutes.
7. Add 2 teaspoons curry powder, 1/2 teaspoon red chili, 1 teaspoon salt, 2 tablespoons jalapeño pepper and mxi it well.
8. Cook for another 5 - 7 minutes.
9. Serve hot.
