INGREDIENTS

Cabbage - 30 grams

Carrot - 30 grams

Onion - 30 grams

Green beans - 30 grams

Garlic - 2 teaspoons

Green chili - 1 teaspoon

Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 teaspoon

All purpose flour - 60 grams

Corn flour - 30 grams

Salt - 1 teaspoon

Black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon

Water - 30 milliliters

Oil -  for frying

Oil - 2 tablespoons

Dry red chili - 2 tablespoons

Ginger - 2 teaspoons

Garlic - 2 teaspoons

Green chili - 2 teaspoons

Salt - 1/4 teaspoon

Paprika - 1/2 teaspoon

Soy sauce - 1 teaspoon

Vinegar - 1 1/2 teaspoon

Ketchup - 1 tablespoon

Red chilli sauce - 1 tablespoon

Water - 200 milliliters

Corn flour - 1 tablespoon

Water - 60 milliliters

Coriander - 1 tablespoon

 

 

 

PREPARATION

  1. In a mixing bowl, 30 grams cabbage, 30 grams carrot, 30 grams onion, 30 grams green beans, 2 teaspoons garlic, 1 teaspoon  green chili, 1 1/2 teaspoon ginger garlic paste, 60 grams all purpose flour, 30 grams corn flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon black pepper and mix all ingredients.
  2. Now, add 30 milliliters water and mix it to make a dough.
  3. Take a ball from prepared dough and dust some flour over it.
  4. Now flatten it using a rolling pin to a desired length.
  5. Take a cookie cutter  and cut out square pieces from the flatten dough.
  6. In a heated pan, deep fry them until half cooked.
  7. Take out the fried pieces and cut in into two halves.
  8. Then, again fry it into heated oil until golden brown and crispy.
  9. Heat 2 tablespoon oil in a wok and add, 2 tablespoons dry red chili, stir then add 2 teaspoons ginger, 2 teaspoons garlicand let it cook for a while.
  10. Now, add 1/4 teaspoon salt, 1/2 teaspoon paprika mix once , then add 1 teaspoon soy sauce, 1 1/2 teaspoon vinegar, 1 tablespoon ketchup, 1 tablespoon red chilli sauce, mix well.
  11. Add 200 millilters water ,stir it properly.
  12. Cook for 5-7 minutes and bring it to boil.
  13. Then, in a small bowl, add 1 tablespoon corn flour, 60 milliliters water mix it with spoon to avoid lumps.
  14. Add the prepared mixture in the gravy to thicken .
  15. Stir and cook for another 4-5 minutes.
  16. Add fried veggies in the prepared gravy and mix it well.
  17. Garnish it with 1 tablespoon coriander and stir it well.
  18. Serve hot.
